Noelle is a hand-made, limited edition sparkling wine. It’s crisp and refreshing with flavors of light vanilla, lemon curd, tart apple and brioche. Made for any occasion and best paired with friends and celebration. 

Each bottle is individually numbered and 1000 bottles have been produced. 

Blanc De Blancs is a French term, which means ‘White from Whites‘, and simply means it was, in fact, made from only white grapes.

Noelle was made in partnership with Mark Milz, without whom Smith Devereux would not be the same. He's a friend, a partner in the winery, a solid dude, and we're grateful to know him.
